“Light of Miquella” is (at the time of typing this) currently bugged, and does not receive any buffs from the “Circlet of Light” nor the “Dryleaf Seal”. This means that it is missing out on 25% of its optimal damage. Hopefully, in the next patch, they not only straight up buff the dmg of the incant by 10-15%, but they also fix the bugg. That way, it will be dealing 35-40% more base damage 😁
